Thomas Rosser Obituary

Thomas "Paul" Rosser (95) passed away peacefully on Friday, October 10, 2025 at Willow Brooke Court in Matthews, NC. Paul was born on November 5, 1929, the youngest child of six to T. Raymond and Mary Mims Rosser in Broadway, NC. Paul is survived by his wife of 64 years, Janet Allison Rosser, his daughters, Allison Rosser Barnhill (Mike) and Paula Rosser Jackson (David), his grandchildren, Jordan Barnhill Porfilio (Michael), Grady Paul Barnhill, David E. Jackson III and Allison Parker Jackson, great grandsons, Aaron Anthony Porfilio and baby due in January 2026.

A Celebration of Life will take place at Sardis Presbyterian Church, 6100 Sardis Road, Charlotte, NC 28270 at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2025 with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Paul's memory to Sardis Presbyterian Church, ACTS Legacy Foundation (memo: Matthews Glen), St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice.
