I've worked with Ben over the past couple of years on a hospital project in Reidsville, and really enjoyed getting to know him as an architect. He was a great part of our team; such a nice man and I'm so sorry for your loss! My prayers are with you all.

I introduced an old friend to Ben some years ago when Ben was selling his "A" Model Roadster. Of hearing about Ben's passing, the friend said, "He was one of the nicest people I ever met." To borrow a toast from a fellow golfer: To Ben: Fairways and Greens my friend. To one of the nicest people I ever met.

Ben was a great neighbor and friend. We always enjoyed our time together at the beach and in the neighborhood. Shopping at Jimmy Carter's, taking the kids to the Pavillion and enjoying that frosty beach cocktail are all fond memories we will never forget. He enjoyed life, was a man of style, creativity and always beat Victor in golf! His life was cut short, but we are better people for being a part of his life.

Some of my fondest memories are those from my time at McCulloch England Architects, and Ben is warmly remembered as a friend and all around nice guy with a optimistic outlook and a mischievious sense of humor. His passing is one of those events that make you ask "why?" My heartfelt condolences to Lynn and the whole family.

My heart is so heavy. I had the joy of working with Ben many years ago but still kept in touch, partly because he was a friend and because i was a Georgia Bulldog, he liked to give me a hard time! i will miss that as i will miss him. He was a wonderful person that touched so many. My heart and prayers are with all his loved ones. Rest In Peace, Ben.
