I had the privilege of working with Mr. Maguire for four years in Charlotte. He was a great motivator, leader, and truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry. Bill was always there when we needed help. It did not matter if it was turning banquet rooms, bussing tables, clearing dishes, or taking out the trash. Bill was a true team player and it showed. Thank you for all the advice, you gave me! My condolences go out to his wife Kim, and his two daughters Ashley and Emily.

I worked for Bill 20 years ago in Cedar Rapids. He was a good man, a fair boss, and a figure you could get behind and respect. I haven't seen him in many years, and am sad that seeing his face again is under these circumstances. Sympathies and blessings to the family, please know that this man left a mark in the world.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with him. Not only a leader, but a friend and co-worker. I am so thankful to have met, worked with and learned from such a wonderful person. He was the type of person that not only lead his employees, but would roll up his sleeves and work side by side with him. As well as he was a great friend. Goodbye Mr. McGuire....
