William Suttle Obituary

William Arnold Suttle CHARLOTTE - William Arnold Suttle, of Charlotte, died Saturday, November 29th, 2014. Bill was born January 21, 1927 in Charlotte to William Lloyd and Annie Mae Suttle. He married Ruby Carolyn Chalker on December 5, 1948 and they had six children. He was a self employed cabinet maker and an avid golfer. He was a charter member of the Carolina Golf and Country Club. He was predeceased by his parents, step-father Larry A. Gantt, his brother Allen Suttle, two sons Arnold and Ed Suttle, and grandson Christopher Dusenberry. He is survived by his wife, Ruby, his children Carol Dusenberry (Tom), Richard Suttle, Mary Griffin (Bill), Tony Suttle, grandchildren Martha Ann, Gabrielle and Amanda, and five great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2014, at 11 AM at McEwen Pineville Chapel. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Interment will be private.
