Jeffrey Halsted Obituary
Jeffrey was born in St. Joseph, Mich., to the late David Halsted and Diane Brockway Davis.
He worked as a sheriff's deputy in Florida and came to North Carolina to help his widowed mother.
He loved America with all his heart. He loved dogs, especially German Shepherds.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Halsted, and his loving stepfather, Jack Davis.
Jeff Halsted is survived by his mother, Diane Davis; siblings, Sherry Lynn Kleckner, Lori Orr and her husband Jerome Orr, as well as his niece, Kelli Ann Kleckner; his uncle, Dale Brockway and his wife, Wanda. He had many cousins whom he loved dearly.
A private Memorial of Life will be held at a later time.
