Yesterday

I met Daryl at U.S. Ireland Army Hospital at Ft. Knox, KY in 1969. We had both been discharged from separate hospitals for wounds received in Vietnam. We were assigned as clerks at the hospital personnel section and became good friends and remained such even after leaving military service. I stayed with him on vacation while he lived in Arizona and he came to stay with me when I lived in Winchester, KY. He was a good man and will be missed. Maybe we will meet again on the other side. REST IN PEACE MY FRIEND.
