I am so sorry to hear about Maureen. She was a neighbor in the Timbers in Palos. Maureen was an avid walker which is how I got to know her. She also worked at Green Hills Public Library after retiring from Lyons Township High School. So I would see her there and we would talk about the books we were reading. She was a very kind and lovely neighbor. My sympathy to her family. She will be missed.
