Bozek, 89, of Asbury Court, Des Plaines, formerly of Chicago; beloved father of Dr. Stephen (Vera) Bozek, MD and Janet (Mitch) Cook; proud grandfather of Elizabeth, Emily and Ellen Bozek, Katlyn, Tyler and Alyse Cook; dear brother of the late Sophia Draszczyk.
