Alva H. Soderstrom, nee Nystrom, age 86; beloved daughter of the late Erland and Nikoline, nee Johnberg, Nystrom; loving wife of the late Stuart Ogg and George Soderstrom; loving mother of Sandra (Donald) Soderstrom and Myleen Michaels; dear aunt of Earl (Pam) Nystrom; fond sister of the late twin brother Ralph Nystrom. Mrs. Soderstrom was very active in the Order of the Eastern Star, she was a 60 year member of O.E.S. Althea Chapter, Naperville, IL, #206, Past Grand Officer, Past Grand Representative of Ohio 1979 to 1981; Grand Marshall 1987, Worthy Matron 5 times. Services will be private. Interment will be in Arlington Cemetery, Elmhurst, IL. Memorials preferred to Endowment Trust Fund of Eastern Star, Grand Chapter of Illinois, P.O. Box 317, Macon, IL 62544.
