Anne Barrett nee Schneider, age 94, of Glenview, IL. Preceded in death by her former spouse, the late William F. Barrett, Jr. Anne lived a life in the performing arts. She loved music, modeling, theater, and cinema. She graduated with a BA in Journalism and wrote pieces on the Chicago theater scene. Loving mother of William F. Barrett III (Muna), Nancy (Stephen) Dowdle, James (Margaret) Barrett, and Michael (Aida) Barrett. Proud grandmother of William IV (Kali) Barrett, Emily (Seth) Rosenberg, and Ella Barrett; Brendan (Katherine) Dowdle, Aidan (Stuart Downie) Dowdle, and Stephanie (Lucas) Paladino; Jeremy Barrett; Valerie, Candace, and Steven Barrett. Kind great grandmother of Sydney and Avery Barrett; James and Liam Dowdle; and a fifth on the way. Dear sister of the late Valentine (the late Nancy) Schneider, and Helen (the late Walter) Schuster.
