Anne Kaplan, nee Vogel, age 96, beloved wife of the late Nathan; loving mother of Herb (Bev) Kaplan, Fran (John) Moore and Barry (Sherry) Kaplan; cherished grandmother of seven; great grandmother; preceded in death by two sisters, Stella Margolis and Molly Jackson and one brother, Ben Vogel; lovingly cared for by Annabelle Mansueto. Private services will be held at Rosehill Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL 60601. I was so sorry to hear of Anne's death. She was always one of my favorites among my parents' friends. I remember her very infectous laugh on our trips together and her very caring ways with everyone.

Very sad to hear of Auntie Anne's passing. She was always so kind to me and generous with her time. She was the original auntie to pinch my cheek as a young boy. Nobody pinched my cheek like Auntie Anne! She will be missed. I remember her enthusiastic spirit, her ease to laugh and her wonderful smile. MICHAEL BOXSER x
