Konopack, Jr; her sister, Pamela Buckley; her brothers, Jeffrey (Amy) Konopack and Dr. Jason (Dr. Sitha) Konopack; and her loving mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mary Lou and Anthony Ciancuillo.
