He was preceded in death by his wife Pat and parents.

A heartfelt thank you to Angie, our exceptional VITAS Hospice Nurse.

Dearest family, so very sorry to hear of Reggie´s passing. He was a classmate of ours at Antioch High. He was a very nice and kind person to all, so easy going. Reggie will be greatly missed by so many. Sending loving prayers to all at this sad time. Take care, God Bless. George and Penny Bailitz

Pet will be greatly missed by Jenn and myself (Pam)the Speech-Language Pathologist from Southpointe). Pete came to visit us daily to say hi, find out what we had done over the weekend, get questions or problems fixed on his tablet or phone. He shared pictures of family, Phil's new house, etc. We are happy you are back with Pat and we will always remember your smile.
