Barnett Sander Kolton, July 22, 1930-June 10, 2021, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. He was the loving son of the late Samuel and Naomi Kolton. Barnett (a/k/a Barney, Bobby) was preceded in death by his loving wife of almost 65 years, Renalda (née Layfer). Barney is survived by his children Marcie Miller (Tom Sovulewski), Randy "RJ" (Miki) Kolton, and Kevin (Darlene) Kolton; his grandchildren Sharon, Michael, Samantha, Victoria, Lucas, Katherine, and the late Benjamin; his great-grandson Michael, Jr.; his sisters Vivian (Don) Drexler, Marlene Berman, and the late Ethel Barkan. Also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews and many cousins. Barney found his love and joy in his family. He was a very devoted husband, hard worker, patriotic, and the most loving man. He was extremely proud of his military service in the Air Force during the Korean War. In lieu of flowers please donate to a charity of your choice. Our sincerest condolences to the Kolton Family. We were thankful for the opportunity to meet Barney when our son married his granddaughter Katherine. Such a wonderful man full of life and joy.
