My condolences to Brett's family and friends. Brett was on my Birthright trip last January. We chatted briefly and he always struck me as someone who was approachable, kind and helpful. He certainly was an intelligent young man and hard-working. He will be deeply missed. My thoughts are with his family during this difficult time.

I have known Sue from working out at LTA for years. We were talking about our sons who were both attending UofI and interested in broadcasting. He was an inspiration to my son with all he accomplished in his short time at the University. My heart goes out to the entire family during this time of tragedy.

Brett was in my English class his junior year. I have such fond memories of him in class; he was an excellent student. He was so passionate about his journalistic endeavors and his desire to be a sportscaster. My heart is heavy today. May God give you solace through this very difficult time. Your family is in my prayers.
