The Charlie I knew from the dog days was a very fair and honorable man with a very keen sense of humor. I enjoyed his company.

I am deeply sorry to hear of Chuck's death. I will always remember him as a sweet, funny, sensitive man who was supportive to others. I have great memories of sharing jokes in his office. He was a good guy.
