Claire R. Phelps, nee Salnick , age 84, of Mt. Prospect, formerly of Glenview. Beloved wife of the late Ray Phelps; loving mother of LuAnn (Terry) Layne and Michael (Linda) Phelps; dear grandmother of Sean and Kaelyn Phelps; fond aunt of Wendy Totulis. Dear Mike and Family...your Mom and Dad have forever anchored the "front stoop talk" into my memories. I can still remember sitting on the grass with your folks and talking for hours. We were blessed to have your mom with us.
