I will always have fond memories of Dan, from the time I met him in 1999 in honors world history class at Sandburg. We were friends inside and outside of school for many years and I will always remember his humor, intelligence, kindness, and loyalty. It was a gift to have had him in my life for as long as I did; I've never met anyone like him. Rest in peace, my friend.
