So sorry to hear of Dave passing. It was always a pleasure talking with him at the flea markets especially about our experiences with scouting. He will be surely missed by many vendors and customers.

I'm honored to say that I got to know Dave through Scouting. He was in Troop 195 under the leadership of Mr. K. We had some great times together at Camp Makajawan, first as tent mates and then as staffers. His heart and smile were bigger than him. I'd like to say that Dave's flawless character was a product of scouting, but I'm sure it came from his mother and father who I knew as well. May the grace of God be with you David. Enjoy His heavenly kingdom.

To David's family, sorry for your loss. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us that God is thinking thoughts of peace towards us, to give us a future and a hope, may that bring you comfort at this difficult time.

Dave was always there for you, ready to help find person, place, or thing. He was great at that. Rose and I could call him for driving directions, and he would immediately save us from being lost. We could call him for the newest location of a moved store, and he would find it for us. When we were trying to find the best way of finding our friend's new house, he gave us great instructions. He was a fun part of our lives, for all his loved ones. He shared happy and sad times with us. He was in our thoughts and prayers, when he was having his own happy or sad times. Sue was the source of his happiness, every day. He obviously loved, cherished, and admired her. He trusted and honored her. To be her family or friend meant you were part of his family and friends. I'm sorry you're gone, Dave. You will always be remembered fondly.
