Dawn M. Bonakowski, nee Mackowiak, age 45, suddenly, beloved wife of Robert; loving mother of Serena (fiance John Kilroy), Bobby and Jeanie Bonakowski; dearest grandmother of Autumn Lynn; devoted daughter of Joan and Joseph Stegmueller; and daughter-in-law of Elizabeth and late Elmer Bonakowski; dear sister of Debra (William) Halter, Frances, Toni (Andy) Wieteka, Wayne, Mike, Frank and Peanut; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews; cherished friend of Debbie Ahearn. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dawn Bonakowski Memorial Fund would be appreciated. Resting at Thomas McInerney's Sons Funeral Home, 4635 S. Wallace St., where funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. Visitation Tuesday and Wednesday, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Cremation Woodlawn Cemetery. 773-268-0703.
