The Plath Family,
You were blessed with the most wonderful woman. She was outgoing, happy, always had good words for other people. She cared about everyone and loved all of her friends. She is a great memory for us and someone we can hope to be like.
I'm glad I was a part of her life.
love, Charlene Bartlett, NN & NW

Dear Mr Plath and family,
I had the pleasure of working with De in the Niles West Textbook Center when Ulla Watson was the manager. De was a hard worker, full of energy, and at many times unstoppable. She often put us "younger people" to shame with her energy and vitality. I am now again working in the textbook center, and I can tell you that all of us, students and adults alike were devastated at hearing the sad news.
She was a good person with a big heart, and I am sure she is now a "hardworking angel" in heaven.
May God grant you and your family peace and the strength to get by the difficult days ahead, and may De's memory be forever eternal.
Sincerely,
Harriet Poulos

Dear Bill and family, I will always remember De for her outstanding job as our first President of the North & West Auxiliary. She was both cheerful and efficient as she took command of our little group of new Cradle mothers. She even got the fathers involved in our fund raising activities. De had a strong and loving way about her. She was blessed to have you there at her side, devoted and caring, throughout the long happy marital years and the final days of her life. Her spirit has touched all of us. I am sorry that I am unable to attend services as I am currently in FL. My love and sincere sympathy to you, Jeff and all the family. Barbara Eubeler
