Donald J. Provenzale, Sr., D.D.S., passed away peacefully on December 23, 2023 surrounded by loving family. He was preceded in death by his loving parents Dominic and Margaret (nee Bettini), and baby-sister Therese Marie, and loving step-father, Leonard Lundberg. He is survived by his loving wife, Ellen (nee DeRolf), and his loving children Dr. Donald, Jr. (Danielle), James, John (Jacquelyn), Patrick (Carrie), Jae, Joseph, and Hannah, loving sister Laura Lee Lundberg, loving grandchildren Conor, Rachel, Megan, Lucy, Olivia, John, James, Hanora, Patrick, and Ellie, and loving great-grandchildren Luciana and Dominic, and numerous cousins. Memorial Visitation Friday, January 5th, 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Adams-Winterfield & Sullivan Funeral Home, 4343 Main Street (1 Blk. So. of Ogden Ave.), Downers Grove. Funeral Saturday, January 6th, family and friends will meet for an 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Joan of Arc Church, 820 Division Street, Lisle. Interment Private.
