Donald J. Simek of Santa Ana, CA, formerly of Westchester, IL, age 83. Beloved husband of Sharon Simek; loving father of Kevin (Erica), Elizabeth "Betsy" (James) Linden and Wendy (Steve) Buzil; step-father of Jay (Adrianna) Klapper; proud grandfather of Kevin, Jr., Chloe, Evan, Harrison, Max, Olivia, Jessica and Sam; dear brother of Carol (the late Alex) Valicento; fond uncle of Rocco and Gina. Family and friends will be received for a Memorial Visitation at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W. Cermak Rd., Westchester (2 blks West of Mannheim Rd.) on Saturday, February 20, 2016 from 11:30am to 4:30pm. Interment private.
