Hi, Mark--You'd asked me for Lil Horowitz's info. I found mom's address book. Lil Horowitz is listed as 8500 Royal Palm Blvd., Apt C-532, Coral Springs FL. 954/227-9797. I don't know if it's current, but it's could be a lead.
Take care,
Geri

Dear Mark and DeeDee -
I spent the week in Florida wth my mother - Cele Fox. We pulled out pictures of your mother and reminisced about Cape Coral and South Shore, the couples club, many good times. Your mother was full of kindness and warmth and we shared lots of stories. Her voice was so musical......I can still hear it. She had great wisdom and common sense, and provided good advice to mom.
Our great sympathies to you all as you deal with the sadness of her passin
I couldn't yet find an address for Lil Horwitz...

My family and I were deeply saddened to hear the news of the passing of our favorite Aunt our Aunt Esther. My Aunt was the nicest person I knew . She only had kind words to say about anyone and looked at the bright side of any situation . I never heard her complain or lament about anything.
I have many great memories of being over at their house in Chicago celebrating the Passover holiday playing with my cousins Mark and Dee Dee. One fond memory stands out in my mind , I was four year old at that time ,I remember eating the best Seder Dinner and hiding under the dinner table for a good part of the meal after I broke the toy that my Aunt Esther had just bought me.
We will miss you dearly,
Love

I have so many fond memories of Esther. She was terrific! She was such a dear, warm person, who will always have a special place in my heart. My mom (Cele Fox) was shocked and saddened to learn of Esther's passing. She said that Esther "had great common sense, was down-to-earth and sensible, always upbeat, a great friend, everyone liked her." She sends you her condolences as well.
