To Faye and all of Frank's family, we send our deepest sympathies. We were shocked to hear of Frank's death, since he looked so well late in November, when I last saw him.
Frank was a true gentleman and a real treasure. We knew him through CAI, and have known him for well over 20 years. He brought to that organization a quality, commitment, and depth that was extraordinary, sharing with CAI the same caring that he had for his clients and his friends. Personally I found him a wonderful friend and teammate, whether it was on the CAI Board of Directors, at the CAI National Conferences, or just trying to untangle some mess or other with a client.
Frank will be deeply missed and well remembered, just as he was at the CAI Conference and Trade Show yesterday. Our hearts and prayers are with you, Faye, and with your family.
As ever, Barbara and Tom

Sincere condolences from the entire association and board of Mansions I in Naperville. While we didn't have a lot of contact, I do know that you were a kind and gentle man along with your knowledge. I am sure you'll be greatly missed.

Milt (Frank) as you know was a great friend to many of us. I am happy to say that my memories of him are all positive and include many smiles, laughter, and a Grenadier that was a true team player. God bless you Milt.

I want to extend my sincere condolences to the Jara Family.
Frank taught me much in the condo management business. He was a leader in our industry and a true gentleman - a person that all of us admired and respected. We share your loss.

I was glad to have had the opportunity to visit with Frank and Faye at the July Austin High Reunion after not seeing Frank for a number of years. What we did was reminisce about the "good old days" with the Grenadiers and all the trouble we used to get into during our many trips and about the infamous Halloween party at his house many years ago. We had a lot of laughs and that will be how I remember Frank.
