Frank J. Romano III

Frank J. Romano III, 73, of Northbrook, passed away suddenly on March 13, 2021. He was the beloved husband for 53 years of Patricia Romano nee Kral; loving father of Frank J. Romano IV and Elizabeth (Brian) Carroll; cherished grandfather of Frank J. Romano V, Tim, Sean, Liam and J.P. Carroll; dear brother of Carla (Jim) Grossmann and Susan (Mike) Hankey; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank J. and Patricia Romano, Jr. and his siblings, John and Catherine. Frank loved spending time with his family and playing golf and traveling. He will be greatly missed. Due to COVID restrictions, a Private Funeral Mass will be held Friday, March 19 at 10 am at St. Norbert Church with a Live Stream of the Mass available at https://northbrookcatholic.church. - Under the "Covid 19 resources" section, there is a box on the left side called "Live Streams (Mass)". Interment will be private at All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health (https://www.johnritterfoundation.org/).
