I taught Art at Albright two classrooms down from Fritz for many years. He was always kind, supportive and patient. He was our pillar for the union, the 5th grade and the male perspective. His students knew they could always depend and trust Mr. Kaempfer. What a joy to have known him. He will always be in my heart as he is in yours.

Mr. Kaempfer was such a wonderful man! He was my fifth grade teacher at Albright Middle School. I had a major surgery and he came to the hospital to visit me and bring me a gift to brighten my spirits. You don't find many people to go out of their way to make a kid smile like that. To this day I tell the story of how he came to visit me and how much it meant to me. I am so glad I got to be his student!!!

Fritz was a dear friend from teaching days at Albright Middle School in Villa Park. His care and concern for his 5th graders was evident in all that he did. In his quiet way he nurtured his students and was always a listening ear to me as I worked to learn how to be a middle school teacher. He was an example of humility and dedication to educating the whole child.
