Frederick Schuster Obituary
Fred was a kind-hearted man who devoted his time to his family, helping friends and caring for those through his chiropractic practice - Total Athleticare. He graduated from Elk Grove High school in 1975. Fred was a dedicated paramedic / fireman for many years with Paramedic Services of Illinois prior to becoming a Chiropractor in Schaumburg IL for 25 years. Fred Received his doctorate in 1996 from National University of Health Sciences and received his bachelor's degree from Northern IL University.
Fred cherished his annual: golf trips, Schuster Family Picnic, Cubs games and visiting the Rowley Creek Lavender Farm with his daughters. He loved spending time outdoors and participated in several sporting events such as Hustle up the Hancock, The Polar Bear Plunge, and many triathlons over the course of his life.
Fred was a faithful member of Willow Creek Community Church, volunteering on Sundays to care for infants in the Promiseland program with his daughter Katharine.
Fred is survived by his mother Lorraine Schuster; his siblings, Kathleen Strand, Mike Schuster, and Kevin Schuster; and his four children Frederick A Schuster V, Daisy K Schuster, Elizabeth B Schuster and Katharine T Schuster.
Services were provided by Grove Memorial Chapel, Elk Grove Village.

I am saddened to hear of Dr. Schuster´s passing!! He helped me tremendously with back pain and injuries in the early 2000´s. He remembered important details about people and loved to talk about his family. His pride in his kids was evident. May you find comfort that he is watching over all of you from Heaven. May his legacy live on through his children as well as his Total Athleticare practice. He was an awesome doctor and person.

I was Dr. Schuster's patient and he help me to feel better from headache hips and back many times over the years. I was shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. I only found out about his passing when I received a birthday wish from Athleticare on the 23rd. Dr. Schuster was a kind and compassionate human and I will miss coming for an adjustment.

I am saddened to hear about Dr. Schuster's passing. He was so nice and had such a big heart. The world needed someone like Dr. Schuster. I am sure he touched many peoples' lives and I am grateful to have called him a friend. It was an honor to be a patient of his and to serve him as my client. RIP Dr. Schuster. You were a great man.

So sad to hear `Freddy´ passed away. He was my roommate, my running trainer and a very fun and warm person to be around. But heaven will be much more fun.

Dr. Schuster was exceptional and healed me without drugs or surgery. His dedication made me more dedicated to my healing process. He was very kind and cared so much for his family, and always asked about mine. I know I will see him again someday in heaven.
