Frieda Molnar Obituary

Frieda A. Molnar, beloved wife of the late John J. Molnar; like a Mom to niece Kathy (Charles) Bauman; like a Gram to great-nephew Kristopher Stasukaitis; loving sister to Lawrence (Ann) Hardt and Loretta (the late Clarence) Augustine and the late Hilda (Joe) Krakowski, Linda (Paddy) Schmitt and Elmer (Fern) Hardt; loving sister-in-law to Vera (the late William) Rowell and Louis (the late Mary) Molnar; loving and caring aunt and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews. Frieda was born in Athens, WI and later moved to the north side of Chicago. She and her husband John made their home in Deerfield, IL where she resided for 40 years. Frieda made her home for the last three years in Oak Forest, IL. She was a dedicated employee of Guardian Electric for over 42 years. Frieda will be dearly missed by her best friend, little Katie. Vistation at the McKenzie Funeral Home, 15618 S. Cicero Ave., Oak Forest, Wednesday, July 21 from 2 to 9 p.m. Will lie in state Thursday, July 22 at the Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, 6850 W. 159th St., Tinley Park from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery (approx. 12 noon), 9900 Gross Pointe Rd., Skokie, IL. 708-687-2990.
