Gene Sieczko, 74, of Lake in the Hills. Beloved husband of Kathy (nee Servedio) Sieczko; loving father of the late Michael J. Sieczko; cherished grandfather of Miana and Izabella Sieczko; fond brother of Bruno and Stanley (Lottie) Kwiatkowski, Roman (late Anna) Sieczko, Tara Sieczkov, late Krys Sieczko and Alice (Jim) Johnson and by many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thurs, from 3 PM – 8 PM at Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights and Fri. at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, from 9:00 AM until the time of Funeral Mass at 10 AM. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery. Gene was a good neighbor, always greeting me with a smile & commenting on my dog who always wanted to jump up to say hello to him. Gene would always tell me my dog would never make it in the military academy. I will miss our small talk & remember his warmth.
