I thought of you visiting Eastern Europe this past Fall. Queen Marie's Romanian Palaces were amazing. We had spoken of her so often. I would loved to see your reaction to Count Drac's abode and bought you a t-shirt with fangs on it! I think of you and so wish you were here to share stories with.

We will always remember our dear friend George for his enthusiasm and knowledge of Imperial Russian History. We were blessed to have had him with us on our two trips to Russia and will be forever grateful to him.
George - your generosity and true friendship to so many around the world will be missed! Rest in Peace, dear friend.

George was one of a kind. He was interested in all sorts of things..Photography, opera, ballet, history, art, even mushroom hunting. He was a friend to many and will be missed by all.

George was one of a kind. He was a very special cousin. I remember babysitting he and his brother when they were small. I'm so glad he was able to be with the family in October. I'll miss sending him and receiving from him raunchy birthday cards.

We are saddened. Our whole family--Michael and his family, Kristy and her family, and Stu and I all feel a loss. We've spent the past few days sharing our stories of you. These memories will live.
