Hanna Helene Elledge

1931 - 2021

Hanna H. Elledge, 89, passed away peacefully on January 17th, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Earl Elledge, loving mother of Marcia (Greg) Ribar, and devoted grandmother to Ellen (Jon Feltham) & Jack Ribar. Dear sister of the late Gerhard Spiegler. Hanna was born in Memel, Lithuania on January 29th, 1931 to the late Johann and Helene Spiegler. She spent her youth in Germany, where she received post-secondary education. She emigrated to the U.S. in 1951 sponsored by the Woodlawn Baptist Church, where she met her husband. They settled in Elmhurst, IL. Hanna was a retired medical technician and physician practice manager. Hanna remained lifelong friends with members of the church, loved to bake, and discuss politics and current affairs. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
