I'm wondering if this is the same woman whose husband Dick worked with my dad George Lundquist at International Harvester. I knew Holtie as a child when my parents would get together with them at our house or theirs. Please let me know.

We were so lucky and blessed to have Holtie volunteer here at Glenbrook Hospital. I had the privalege to work with Holtie for about 10 years on Thursday afternoons. We always referred to the Thursday group as "The Best." She always had a smile and a twinkle in her eye. A wonderful caring woman and I know she is missed terribly. Please know Holtie will remain in my prayers. Pat Feldheim

To Holtie's family,
George Lundquist was good friends with Holtie and Dick in the old days and after they married he and his wife Marie socialized with Holtie and Dick on many many occassions. Kathy is George and Marie's oldest child. She remembers as a young child visiting your parents' house and having to sleep on the pile of coats we put on the bed, while the adults stayed up partying. Holtie was a warm and fun woman who had a lot of personal strength and who cared about other people. We are so sorry for your loss. George and Kathy
