Dr. Lerner was a fine doctor for many of my young years. He gave me allergy shots every week in his Berwyn office and used to tell my brother and I WWII stories. I just learned that he passed away. He was a fine man and will be missed, especially his rare and unique 'snort'. We need more Ped's doctors like him!!!

Dr. Lerner or "Dad L" was my father in law for over 33 years and he was a loving and very caring person with a wonderful sense of humor. I was so fortunate to have him in my life and every time I look at my husband he reminds me of his father. Dad L will be greatly missed but will live on in our hearts and memories.

Dr. Lerner cared for me and my 3 brothers MANY years ago (over 50!)- I have clear memories of his kindness and gentleness, and had the great fortune of reconnecting through Patty and Fred later in life. A true gentleman and scholar, a role model as a physician, and a loving father and husband, he clearly impacted many lives. My great and sincere sympathy is with you.

Dr Lerner was the pediatrician "assigned" to my daughter in 1981. Since she was my 1st child, I was a newbie mom. I could call Dr Lerner's service at 2am and Dr Lerner would return my call within 15 minutes. I will always have such fond memories of this wonderful doctor / friend. Rest in the arms of our heavenly father .
