I first met Jim in 1986. In all the time I knew him, he never had an unkind word for anyone. But most of all, he had a sense of fairness and humor. He will be sorely missed. My deepest sympathy goes out to his lady, Rita, and the entire Berg family.

Our sincere sympathy to Jeff Berg, to Jim's children and to Rita. He will be sadly missed. He was a great person to work for. We have the fondest of memories. Jim was a graduate of Southern Illinois university, Carbondale, and an active participant in the Annual Chicagoland Saluki Golf Scramble. He attended many of the SIU/alumni events in the Chicagoland area. Jim and his faternity brothers always had a good time at our events. SIU will miss Jim.
