I did not know Jim at all. However, I do know his wife,Mary. As I listened to his daughter Mary Kay talk about her dad, I wished that I had known him. Jim loved his family so much.I know that Mary loved him and will miss him terribly. He is in Heaven with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Mary, I love you as a fellow sister in the Lord. If you should need anything let me know.

Mrs. Dugan & Family,
Our prayers and thoughts are with you all. I will always remember how Mr. Dugan came across as a Lion, but really was a Lamb.
