There are people that touch your life. Jim was one of those. From the time in the early 1980's as a young sales representative, I required him (upper management) to wear a "Chessie" nametag to The Traffic Club of Chicago Annual Dinner if he wanted to crash our cocktail reception as a "CONRAIL" (competitor) employee, through Indianapolis Traffic Club Steak Fry dinners and most memorably as the primary host of the Nippersink Transportation Conference, Jim has always been a mentor to me and many of our friends. He will be greatly missed.

Our prayers and thoughts are with you. I will always remember your Dad for his kindness, understanding and good judgement. We solved and implemented many business decisions together. A valued business and personal experience could not be duplicated. May he rest in peace.
