Jane Caseley Obituary

Jane T. Caseley, M.D., 79, of Somonauk, IL passed away on May 20, 2022. Jane was born on November 4, 1942 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Dr. Donald and Mary Elizabeth (Gorrell) Caseley. Jane was a graduate of Indiana University and University of Illinois, Chicago. She worked as an ER doctor at Illinois Masonic Hospital, Chicago Thorek Hospital in Chicago, as well as other Chicago area hospitals.

Jane had many interests, some of which included sailing, gardening, cats and traveling. She was also a passionate Chicago Bears fan.

Jane is survived by her husband, Neil Levendusky; Brother, David G. (Shirley) Caseley; Sisters-in-law, Darlene Lutzke, Janice Levendusky, Diane Farah and Mary Gates; Brothers-in-law, Roger (Jennifer) Levendusky and Brian (Carol) Levendusky; Dear friend, Barbara Sexton; Dear friend and assistant for over 7 years, Krissy Schanze; As well as many more.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Mother-in-law and father-in-law, Margaret and Fred Levendusky; As well as brothers-in-law, Larry Levendusky, Ronald Lutzke, Greg Gates and Ed Farah.
