Janet Stiffler Storlie, 86; formerly of Evanston and Wilmette, Illinois, Cleveland Heights, Ohio, and Indianapolis, Indiana; retired Executive Director of the Baxter International Foundation (formerly American Hospital Supply Corp. Foundation); passed away peacefully January 4, 2022, in Napa, California. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Jan graduated from Broad Ripple High School and Indiana University, Bloomington, where she made lifelong friendships at her Pi Beta Phi sorority. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, activities with her P.E.O. sisters, teaching and playing mahjong, attending the theater, gardening, and singing in her church choir. Beloved wife of the late Theodore "Ted" Storlie, devoted mother of Kathryn (Neale) Mulligan and John (Lisa Reynolds) Stiffler and adored grandmother ("GranJan") of Adrienne and Claire Mulligan and Courtney, Kristen, and Amanda Stiffler. Former partner of Ray Schooley of Evanston. Also preceded in death by former spouse Richard Hiland Stiffler and parents William Devon Couger and Olive Adela Couger (nee Spivey). A springtime memorial service is being planned at Kenilworth Union Church, Kenilworth, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the P.E.O.
