Only now have I learned of Dr. Spector´s passing. Our last communication was when I informed him that my son, a longtime patient, was getting married, and he wrote back with congratulations. This turned out to be only a month before he died. He was caring, compassionate, and shared many interests (travel, food, wine, pen collecting) with us. My sincere condolences to his family and apologies for my belated expression of them. He will be more than missed.

Bram & Aurora, as you know, our fathers went to medical school together in NY and my parents introduce your mother and father. Uncle Jeffrey influenced me in may ways. He was a great person and lived a great life!
