My sympathy to Jill´s family. My sisters and I knew Jill from Queen of All Saints and Regina. Saw each other over the years several times. Jill was full of life and always a positive spirit with a big heart.

Jill was unfailingly available to offer guidance, had consistently good follow-through, and was a friend to everyone. It was my honor to be a Lay Dominican with Jill. However, it was her contagious laugh and joy that are seared into my memory. She was deeply committed to the McGreal Center for Dominican Studies (the archives) at Dominican University, especially after serving as Lay Dominican Provincial Council president and provincial secretary. Lay Dominicans of our Central Province stand on Jill's shoulders, as she was responsible for the strong foundation of our Provincial Council bylaws, our governing document based on the Rule and Guidelines of the Central Province. These bylaws were crucial in our province's IRS application for 501 (c)(3) non-profit status as a private foundation. We were all the grateful beneficiaries of her wisdom and ability to communicate effectively. Jill and her family remain in my prayers. Rest in peace, dear friend. We loved you so!

I had the pleasure of working with Jill at DePaul for a while. I will always remember her laugh and passion. Goodbye Jill!

Knew Jill in high school. She did have a big personality and a kind compassionate heart. RIP Jill.
