I will miss my cousin Joan. I will remember Joan for her kindness to me, to my folks her uncle John and Susanna Kennefick and my son Brandon Lewis through the years. I remember when she had her twins Steve and Jim, she would entrust me to hold and rock them even though I was pretty young at the time. She so enjoyed telling the Irish family stories especially as I began to focus on the genealogy of the Kennefick family. She wanted to help in any way she could. She especially wanted to stay connected to the genealogy by sharing her rememberances through frequent phone calls the last several years and inquiring how I was coming with the work. I remember Joan as a loving wife, and mother and a woman who contributed to my life and that of our family's life. I grieve her loss with you. Cousin Susan
