John Blazek Obituary
Jack served his country in the Army during the Vietnam war. He went on to work as a union electrician in the Chicago area for many years. He co-owned and operated Club 55 on the corner of 55th and Sawyer in Chicago for twenty years. He loved the Chicago White Sox and coaching his son in youth baseball. Jack enjoyed family vacations to Florida and trips to Six Flags. He also loved fishing of all types.
He is lovingly remembered by his daughter, June (Dan) Blazek Mustari; son, Frank (Gloria) Blazek; granddaughter, Josephine "Joey" Rose Mustari; sister, Cherie (Rig Rodriguez) Kellar; and his dogs, Finnegan and Sunny. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his older brother, Gerald (Arline) Blazek.
A private family service will be held. Arrangements entrusted to The Spring Lake Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 213 E. Savidge St., Spring Lake, MI 49456. Share memories with the family at their online guest book at www.sytsemafh.com.

I knew Jack and worked with him in the Engineering Dept. at The Evanston Hospital. He was always mild mannered and willing to help. He was a pleasure to work with. So sad to hear of his passing.
