JOHN KULIS Obituary
John C. Kulis MD. Age 88, Veteran WWII U.S. Army Retired Sgt. Maj., 3rd Army Combat Engineers. Devoted son of the late Cheresia and Chris Kulis. Dear brother of Katherine Anderson and the late Lucia (the late Thomas A., MD) Kirk, and the late Louis and Frances Kulis. Fond uncle of John A. Kirk, Dean Kallas, and many other nieces and nephews. Dr. Kulis served on the Staffs of Ravenswood, Swedish Covenant and Illinois Masonic Hospitals and was clinical professor at The University of Illinois. Services have been held.
