Nancy,
During the mid seventies John and I shared a small office at Arthur Rubloff and Company in Chicago. From that experience I learned that John was a good broker, person and friend. Throughout the 25 plus years that I knew John he didn't change (including that youthful appearance!). He was always upbeat, witty and humorous. Most importantly, he was always honest. John was one of the few people in this world that you could still do a handshake deal with! He will be missed but not forgotten.
My condolences to you and your family.

Dear Nancy,
I was shocked and so sorry to hear about John's passing. I worked many years with him at Rubloff and since, we left Rubloff, we talked often on business matters.
John was a fine person and a fine citizen of both his country and his profession. I enjoyed him.
My condolences to you and the children.

Dear Nancy,
I'm so sorry. This news was so hard to accept because John was so full of life. Through the more than 35 years I knew him, he was a truly unique combination of exuberance, strength, intellect, wit, loyalty and quiet kindnesses. Along with his family, his friends will miss him dearly.

Dear Nancy:
Last week I spoke to John for the first time in many months. After two sentences we admitted that time has no boundaries with true friends. We laughed, sparked new ideas and rekindled our friendship with the excitement of a new business opportunity. His enthusiasm and storytelling truly has enriched my life. My deepest sympathy is with you for your loss.

Dear Nancy,
I was saddened to hear the news about John and wish to express my sincere sympathies for you and the family. I was one of many who played basketball with John for many years at the CAA and on other teams. He was always friendly, good spirited and competitive. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

Dear Nancy,
My deepest sympathies for your loss. I played basketball with John at Fenwick. He was always smiling and having a good time - that's how I remember him. I don't think I've seen him at one of the reunions, but I wish I had - I know we would have had some laughs. May God bless you and your children knowing that John is with our Loving Father.

Dear John:
During a Fenwick basketball game in which you starred, a young man from the opposing team shouted out a derogatory name meant for you. In her true Irish defensive manner, Aunt Jane retorted, "in what sport do you excel?"
She summed you up in that statement. You excelled in life! It breaks my heart that it had to be so brief.
Lots of love,
Joshua Mintz
