Joseph Rosko, of Ringwood, beloved husband of Phyllis; loving father of the late Claudia Rosko and Phyllis Joan (Salvatore) Iannello; dear grandfather of Phyllis (Tony) Rakittke and Christopher (Melissa) Iannello; fond brother of John (Lois) Rosko, the late Anne Kuzma and Eleanor Gardei. Visitation Wednesday 4 to 8 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home, 591 Ridgeview Dr., McHenry, where services will be held Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. Interment Thursday at 11:30 p.m. at St. Luke Cemetery, Chicago. While we have never met, Joe was my second cousin, one time removed. I regret that I did not make contact with him while he was still alive.
