I had the pleasure of meeting Joe through my son Jamie Chapman. I found him to be quite a pleasure. I only wish that I could have spent more time getting to know him before he passed away. He is in the best place now that any of us could be. My thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family God Bless You All.
