Judy Madda Obituary

Judy Madda left us peacefully on Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016 at age 75 surrounded by her three children and their families, and her sister. "Judes" was an energetic, amazing, fun-loving, caring, strong woman and friend to all, touching lives on a daily basis with her contagious smile and positive way even through her sixteen month long battle with cancer. She centered her life on family and friends and her hearty laugh will be remembered forever. A Remax realtor, Judy focused on the northwest suburbs of Chicago, having lived in Arlington Heights, Illinois for the past 40 years. We will cherish our memories of Judy, who left a lasting impact on many and remained close to her children at all ages. Judy is survived by daughter Jennifer Madda Pollino, husband Joe Pollino and grandchildren, Lauren, Danielle and Taylor Pollino of Marvin, North Carolina, son Robert Thomas Madda, wife Cara Philipo Madda, grandchildren Milo and Levi Madda of Portland, Oregon, daughter Molly Glenn, husband Jim Glenn, grandchildren Noah and Parker Glenn of Phoenix, Arizona, her best friend and sister Jeanne Kabler, husband John Kabler of Arlington Heights, Illinois, and long-time companion and friend, Nick Doumos. Judy is predeceased by her father Thomas Walsh and mother LaVerne Waindle Walsh. A memorial service celebrating Judy's life will be held Friday, June 17, 2016 at 10AM at Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, 1150 N. River Road, Des Plaines, Illinois, 60016. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Judy's memory to Hospice of the Valley, https://www.hov.org/donate-now.

I can't even begin to express my feelings to all of you. It worked with Judy at RE/MAX; I was at the front desk and we would make each other laugh u Tim we cried. She was ALWAYS the most positive person I have ever know. May her love of life remain in your hearts and give you strength each and every day.
