I knew Karen and Rick during our years as Yiddish students together in the early to mid-1980's. Karen was a diligent student, a tremendous friend and a person if great compassion and moral integrity. She and Rick were the perfect couple, and I'm SO SORRY for you Rick. Her memory will certainly be a blessing to us all.
