Kathleen A. Melchiorre

Kathleen A. Melchiorre, 85, of Deerfield, passed away October 6, 2013. This remarkable woman volunteered 18 years with the Waukegan Soup Kitchen and also for the Children's Memorial Hospital in the infant department for 5 years and was a member of CRHP for 25 years. Kathleen tap danced for 13 years with the Happy Tappers and was a member with the Women's Gourmet Lunch Group for 44 years. Beloved wife of Gene; loving mother of Marcie Bilton, Mark (Audrey), Michael, Martha (Jim) Feid and Mindy (Tim) Breen; cherished grandmother of Kelly, Kasey, Mike, Lee, Alexis, Taylor, Megan, Michael Jr., Jesse, James, KK, Matt, Molly, Pat and Timmy; adored great-grandmother of Dylan and Devin; and dear sister of Pat (Gordon) Linn. A memorial visitation will be held Thursday, October 10, 2013 from 9 am until time of mass 10 am at Holy Cross Church, 724 Elder Lane, Deerfield, IL 60015.
